Our courses cover the wide range of topics related to the role of a Community Services Worker, including interviewing strategies, addiction, criminology and introductions to psychology and mental health. You’ll also receive official CPI:  Non-Violent Crisis Intervention® (NVCI) Training and CPR/First Aid training. During an optional two-month internship, you’ll put your skills and knowledge into practice alongside professionals in the field who will provide valuable insight into your future career.
